Lakecia Pettway serves as the Director of Diversity Affairs in the Office of Academic Affairs for the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. She oversees the Young Scholars Program (YSP), Emerging Scholars Program and provides administrative support for MANRRS (Minorities in Agricultural, Natural Resources and Related Sciences). She provides leadership in the identification, development, and implementation of resources to enhance the college's efforts to create a climate of diversity and inclusion.
Lakecia attended Albany State University, a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), where she earned a B.S. in Business Management and M.P.A. in Public Administration.
